About ace99

Our Story

Who We Are

ace99 was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a casino and sports betting experience that truly understands them. We saw a gap — global platforms that ignored local payment methods, offered no support in Bangla, and showed little care for the realities of players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and beyond. We built ace99 to fill that gap and keep filling it.

Today, ace99 is recognized as one of Bangladesh's most reliable online gaming destinations. Our platform covers cricket betting — especially BPL and T20 World Cup matches — alongside live casino tables, modern slot titles, crash games like Aviator, and fishing games. Every product on the site is selected to match what Bangladeshi players actually enjoy, not what a distant head office assumed they would.

By the Numbers

ace99 at a Glance

These numbers reflect the trust Bangladeshi players have placed in ace99 since our launch. Our player community spans Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar — covering every major city and district in the country.

Purpose

Our Mission

Our mission is straightforward: deliver a premium online gaming experience that is accessible, fair, and enjoyable for every adult player in Bangladesh. We invest in fast mobile performance, transparent bonus terms, and honest customer support so that players can focus on what they came here for — the games.

We are also committed to responsible gaming. ace99 is strictly a 21+ platform. We provide self-assessment tools, deposit limit controls, and a clear path to seek help if gambling begins to affect a player's wellbeing. Entertainment should never come at the cost of personal or financial health.

Why Choose Us

What Sets ace99 Apart

Core Principles

Our Values

Everything we do at ace99 flows from five principles that guide how we build the product, handle disputes, and serve our players:

• Transparency — Bonus terms, wagering requirements, and withdrawal conditions are written in plain English with no hidden clauses.
• Fairness — All games use certified RNG technology. RTP rates are provided by the game providers and are not modified by ace99.
• Responsiveness — Our support team is available 24/7 in English and Bangla. Average first response is under 4 hours by email.
• Responsibility — We promote responsible gaming and maintain strict KYC and age-verification procedures. 21+ only.
• Innovation — We continuously add new game titles, payment options, and features based on direct feedback from our Bangladeshi player community.

Local Focus

Built for Bangladesh

Bangladesh has a passionate and growing online gaming audience. Cricket is more than a sport here — it is a national obsession, and we built our sportsbook around BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. From Dhaka to Cox's Bazar, our players can place bets, claim bonuses, and withdraw winnings using the payment apps already on their phones: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

We also observe Bangladesh's cultural calendar. During Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL season we run special promotions and increased bonus offers tailored to how our players celebrate. Our customer support team responds in both English and Bangla, reflecting the bilingual reality of our user base.

Player Safety

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

ace99 takes player wellbeing seriously. Gambling is entertainment, and we want it to stay that way. Our platform is available exclusively to players aged 21 and above. We enforce identity verification during account creation to ensure compliance with this age requirement across all players — from Dhaka to Rangpur.

If you or someone you know feels that gambling is becoming a problem, our support team is available 24/7 and can guide you toward the right resources. We also offer voluntary deposit limits and session time controls directly within your account settings. For detailed guidance, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
